Dear Customer,

Further to our communication on Friday regarding the Jeppesen Maersk on voyage 846N, she is now expected to receive the required parts at 1300hrs today.  Her ETA into Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia is currently expected to be Thursday 26th July at 1900hrs, which is 4 days later than proforma schedule.

Cargo travelling on the Jeppesen due to be transhipped in Tanjung Pelepas and Singapore will be transferred to alternative onward services as required. Our Customer Services Team will be liaising directly with customers who have shipments affected by this incident.
